Role Summary
- Serve as the Funding Manager in the Cells, Systems and Tools team within the Research Funding department.
- Manage a portfolio of grants from application to award phase
- Coordinate reviews, committees, and funding decisions, while ensuring clear communication with applicants and grant holders.
- Lead funding process and policies enhancements, and be the team's respected expert.
- Provide coverage for the Senior Manager when required, thus ensuring seamless team operations.
Role Requirements
- You have experience in managing research funding processes and are comfortable dealing with complex data and various stakeholders in the academic research sector.
- You hold a degree in a relevant field such as science, medical humanities, social science, or public health.
- You possess strong organizational skills, have experience in funding committee management, and excellent communication skills.
