The Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our organization as the Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). This role will be instrumental in fostering a culture that values diversity, ensures equity, promotes inclusion, and fosters a sense of belonging among all our employees. The role will manage and coordinate our community program and manage our 3rd party partners while working closely with our Talent and Business Partner teams, departmentally and regionally, to help deliver strategies, programs and initiatives to help the organization continue to build a diverse workforce.
Job Requirements Proven experience working in a role focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, with a background of delivery and impact. In-depth knowledge of DEIB best practices and current industry trends, with a curiosity for learning and gathering market intel internally and externally. Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives to conclusion and gain buy-in and engagement along the way. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated success in implementing and measuring the impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives, with a good understanding and high level of analytical literacy. Understanding of legal and compliance considerations related to diversity and inclusion, including being a steward of sensitive information.
