  • Role Summary:
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts with high potential for growth.
    • Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and achieve revenue growth targets.
    • Develop and maintain senior customer relationships.

  • Role Requirements:
    • Minimum 8 years in SaaS sales/account management.
    • Proven track record of meeting revenue quotas.
    • Ability to connect with senior finance executives and become a trusted advisor.
    • Fluency in German and English.
    • Strong commercial acumen with a knack for driving revenue growth.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of our largest and highest growth potential accounts, driving customer adoption and satisfaction, and ultimately achieving revenue growth targets. You will develop and maintain strong senior relationships with customers, collect and analyze data to learn more about your customers’ behavior, identify expansion opportunities and formulate account growth strategies. You will also own commercial negotiations and contracting activities with your customers.

Job requirements include 8+ years of experience in a SaaS sales / account management role, strong track record of revenue quota achievement, ability to build strong relations and establish trusted advisor status to senior finance executives, strong communication skills in German and English, strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
