- 3+ years' experience in project coordination within health, community, sports, or not-for-profit sectors.
- A passion for youth mental health and experience in implementing evidence-based programs.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
- Strong organisational skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems like Asana.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours for global team meetings and adaptability to deal with ambiguity.

The role You will support the Young Men’s Health team as a Project Coordinator for Movember's mental health guidelines and Movember Sports Collective. This full-time, 12-month contract, part of the Global Young Men's Health Portfolio, aims to enhance young men’s mental health through strategic programs and projects, particularly in sports and esports settings. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Clerkenwell office.
Job requirements For this role, you’ll need 3+ years’ experience in project coordination in health, community, sports or in not-for-profit sector. A passion for improving youth mental health through implementing and building evidence-based programs. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with all levels of the organisation. Well-developed organisation skills and ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Computer literacy skills - Proficient using Microsoft Office programs, including intermediate Excel skills. Ability to learn and effectively use other software systems (i.e. Asana). Ability to deal with ambiguity and ‘think on your feet’. Flexibility to attend calls outside normal work hours, including two global team meetings per month and other meetings as required.
