The UK Humanitarian Innovation Hub (UKHIH ) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Research and Learning Manager on a fixed term basis until end March 2025 to join our dynamic team and contribute towards our efforts in bridging research, policy, and practice within the realm of humanitarian innovation, working in a fast-paced environment.
The role entails leading cutting-edge research initiatives, fostering learning, and ensuring that our work is informed by evidence-based practices. You will be providing technical expertise in research and innovation, particularly in the areas of innovation practice and systems change. You will also be building and coordinating networks and using various advocacy and communication strategies to promote innovative ways of working.
Job requirements include extensive experience in research and innovation, technical expertise in innovation practice and systems change, strong connections in the humanitarian research community, and proficiency in partner outreach and network building.
Candidates must have the independent right to work in UK and be resident in the UK at the time of appointment as we are unable to support visa sponsorship for this role.
