What is the role?

As the Junior Designer at Hunter & Gather, you will play a crucial role in translating our brand vision into engaging and impactful digital assets across our email and social advertising channels. You will conceptualise and execute visual solutions for these key channels, creating designs that are visually compelling and resonate with our audience. Your creative flair and technical skills will help tell our brand story and promote our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities?

• Email Design: Manage the design and production of email flows and campaigns, working closely with the CRM Manager to deliver against briefs.

• Social Ad Design: Be the first port of call for additional social ad design resource, ensuring high-quality visuals for ads across social channels.

• Responsive design: Create designs that are responsive and optimised for a variety of devices and channels.

• Stay ahead of trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital design trends and technologies to keep our brand relevant and engaging.

• Maintain brand consistency: Ensure that all assets adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognisable brand identity across all platforms.

• Collaborate with team: Work closely with our Brand and Growth teams to generate creative ideas and solutions to briefs.

Experience required 

Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field 

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)

• Experience designing for email and social media

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines whilst working independently

• Ability to create, document and implement processes on Asana or other Project Management tools

Desirable

• Knowledge of UI/UX Principles

• Experience of design in Klaviyo

• Appreciation of ancestral influenced lifestyles such as Keto, Paleo, Low Carb, Carnivore

• Loves Dogs - as we have friendly office dogs
