As part of ongoing investment in our leadership team, we are now looking for a Director to join our Defence & Infrastructure cluster. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of complex operational improvement focussed transformation programmes for clients within the Defence sector.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships to grow your sector while contributing to its business development strategy. While aligned to and owning a specific market group, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of programmes for clients in the broader Cluster.
You will possess a proven track record of operating as an effective leader in a management consulting firm and be able to demonstrate broad capability experience across delivery, business development and line management. Significant knowledge and experience of leading large-scale programmes of change for clients across the Defence enterprise is essential, with a passion and enthusiasm for driving change and delivering results.
Finally, and most importantly, you will possess a high level of self-awareness, the gravitas of a senior leader and a desire for further development with the passion, resilience, and energy to make a difference.
