- Role Summary:
- Oversee DTC and Retail fulfilment operations for the DACH region.
- Work with 3PLs to ensure accurate order fulfilment.

- Role Requirements:
- Fluency in German.
- 1-2 years of operations experience in DTC and Retail channels.
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce ops tech, ERPs, WMSs, and Shopify is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to improvement.
- Independent, analytical mindset with strong communication skills.

The role: We are looking to hire a DACH Senior Operations Executive to join our Fulfilment team. You will be involved in overseeing all DTC and Retail fulfilment operations, ensuring that our customers receive a fantastic experience: with timely delivery of perfectly packed Wild products. This will involve working closely with our 3PLs to ensure accurate fulfilment of orders, and our logistics partners to ensure orders arrive on time. You will also need to work closely with our DACH retail partners, including major retailers DM and Rossman (communicating in German), to ensure all orders are compliant with retailer requirements.
Job requirements: Fluent in German (required). ~1-2 years operations experience in a business that operates across both DTC and Retail channels, with warehouse and logistics experience as the main area of expertise. Exposure to e-commerce ops tech infrastructure, including ERPs, WMSs, Shopify a bonus. Great attention to detail, and a constant drive to improve the status quo. Self starter who is as happy head down in a spreadsheet as talking to external partners. You have a growth mindset and are naturally intellectually curious - always excited to learn and improve, and willing to run at problems and relish the opportunity to solve them. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
