Role Summary:Lead the UK Influencer Team at Wild, a company making waves in sustainable self-care.Drive Wild's business growth by crafting and executing influencer campaigns across various platforms and markets.Develop and implement initiatives as a self-starter in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Generate strong social awareness and ROI for Wild through strategic influencer partnerships.
Role Requirements:Deep understanding of the UK Influencer market with 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role.Proven success working with influencers and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate outreach is highly desirable.Resilience, a focus on results, and a data-driven approach to sales.Prior experience leveraging influencer collaborations to boost sales.

The role: We’re looking for a superbly Wild Influencer Marketing Marketing Manager (UK) to join and lead our UK Influencer Team. This role is at the intersection of sales and influencer marketing where your primary task will be to drive business growth by sourcing and delivering campaigns with creators across different platforms and markets. This is a great opportunity to take responsibility and push your own initiatives in a high-growth environment. We are looking for a self-starter who can juggle tasks and drive results to ensure Wild is generating strong social awareness and ROI.
Job requirements: Have a good understanding of the UK Influencer market, ideally with 2-3+ years experience working with influencers at another DTC brand. Experience working with UK influencer talent and agencies with a proven track record of delivering great campaigns and fostering strong relationships. Ideally have experience in working with TikTok Shop, including the scaling through strategic TikTok affiliate outreach and management. This is primarily a sales role, so you must be resilient, results focused and data-driven. You have worked with influencers to drive sales before.
