- Manage supply plans for body wash, haircare, and lip balm products.
- Collaborate with retail demand planning, DTC forecasting teams, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with the NPD team for timely launches of limited editions.
- Optimize cost savings, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
- 3+ years of Supply Chain experience in Skincare, Bodycare, Beauty, or FMCG.
- Experience with 3rd party suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical skills and systematic approach to processes.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing a varied workload.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and curiosity about how things work.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and a passion for sustainability.

We’re Wild, a high-growth, venture-backed start-up on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and redefine the future of personal care across Europe and beyond. We launched our refillable deodorant on WeAreWild.com in 2020 and we’re one of Europe’s fastest growing start-ups.
The role entails overseeing and managing the Wild body wash, haircare and lip balm supply plans. You will ensure the correct amount of product is made at the right time by collaborating with the retail demand planning and DTC forecasting teams as well as our suppliers. You will also work closely with the NPD team to ensure any limited editions are launched on time. Your work will help our business save money, minimise waste and maximise profits!
Job requirements include 3+ years of Supply Chain experience, ideally in Skincare, Bodycare, Beauty or FMCG industry. Experience of working with 3rd party component and packaging suppliers and contract manufacturers. Proficient in Microsoft Office or GoogleSheets, with emphasis on Excel. Highly numerate and enjoy putting systems and processes in place. Exceedingly well-organised, detail oriented, with an eye for detail. Action orientated and great at executing your to do list. Thrive in a busy environment, able to juggle and prioritise a varied workload. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally, as well as strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. You love finding solutions to interesting problems and figuring out how things work. Knowledge of ERP systems. A passion for sustainability.
