In your role as a Machine Learning Engineer, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including software engineers, data engineers, analysts, and designers. Your main responsibility will be to develop machine learning models to deepen our understanding of funding data, which will aid in strategic decision-making. You will focus on natural language processing and network analysis, using open-source software to develop, maintain, and propose innovative data science solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and evaluating machine learning models, translating business issues into data science tasks, and presenting complex data science results to stakeholders. You will also contribute to our internal data science tooling and promote a diverse and inclusive culture within the organization.
Minimum requirements for applicants include an advanced degree in a quantitative field, strong Python and SQL skills, experience with deep learning frameworks, and familiarity with data science libraries. Experience with cloud platforms and working in a multidisciplinary team are also required.
