The Global Head of Marketing for Scott Dunn is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support our three business units’ objectives. This involves overseeing brand management and driving both guest acquisition and retention globally. The incumbent will work closely with the leaders of our 3 regions (UK, US, and Singapore) to ensure they have the demand to deliver their strategy.
Responsibilities include strategic leadership, new guest acquisition, website experience, brand management, customer retention, innovation and continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, performance measurement, talent development, global market management, revenue growth and market share, and budget management.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and cross-collaborative marketing leader who has significant experience in full funnel marketing channels, with significant commercial acumen. combined with excellent partnering, relationship building, and communication skills.
