The role: As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will take ownership for all aspects of selling luxury, tailormade holidays, whilst navigating and creating experiences utilising carefully curated product spanning across our European destinations. You will act as the main point of contact for our guests and will be provided with all the tools to succeed including support from a dedicated sales support consultant.
Job requirements: You will be a specialist with significant product and destination knowledge acquired across the key product areas. Other requirements include being sales driven with a keen eye for numbers, having an enthusiastic and polite telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, proven organisational skills and proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
