Scott Dunn is an award-winning luxury tour operator creating tailor-made holidays to destinations all over the world. With offices in the UK, US and Singapore, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to all our guests from the moment they begin their research online, right the way through to post-holiday evaluations.

The Role

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will take ownership for all aspects of selling luxury, tailormade holidays, whilst navigating and creating experiences utilising carefully curated product spanning across our European destinations. You will act as the main point of contact for our guests and will be provided with all the tools to succeed including support from a dedicated sales support consultant who assists across the guest-journey.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include selling and booking holidays, working in conjunction with your Sales Support consultant to ensure all elements of the holiday are outstanding, contacting guests on their return to receive feedback and create new enquiries, working towards individual and team sales targets and meeting Key Performance Indicators, developing excellent product knowledge for immediate sales area but also within all areas of the Scott Dunn portfolio, supporting all marketing initiatives including brochure production, website management, email campaigns, PR and promotional events, meeting guests on a face-to-face basis when required, learning and becoming conversant with all computer software applications, and working closely with all departments and Sales teams.

Job Requirements

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be a specialist with significant product and destination knowledge acquired across the key product areas. You should be sales driven with a keen eye for numbers, have an enthusiastic and polite telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, proven organisational skills, and proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
