The Role Joining our specialist Ski Team, we are seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to take ownership for all aspects of selling luxury, ski holidays, whilst navigating and creating experiences utilising carefully curated product spanning across Europe. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will act as the main point of contact for our guests. But to aide you in the pursuit of delivering a seamless experience, you will be provided with all the tools to succeed including hand-in-glove support from a dedicated sales support consultant who assists across the guest-journey.
Responsibilities The responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to): To take ownership of all aspects of selling and booking a holiday, including written and verbal quotations and holiday documentation. To work towards individual and team sales targets and meet Key Performance Indicators. To develop excellent product knowledge for immediate sales area but also within all areas of the Scott Dunn portfolio. To support all marketing initiatives including brochure production, website management, email campaigns, PR, and promotional events. To meet guests on a face-to-face basis when required. To contact guests on their return to receive feedback and create new enquiries. To learn and become conversant with all computer software applications. To work closely with all departments and Sales teams. To deliver excellent guest service at all stages of booking and demonstrate the key values of Scott Dunn.
Job Requirements As a Senior Travel Consultant within our Ski Team, you will be a specialist in ski and resort with significant product and destination knowledge acquired. Having worked in a prior travel sales role, you will also understand the intricacies of travel and all that underpins a seamless guest experience. However, above all, you will be passionate, with the ability to inspire and work in line with our core values. Other requirements include: Sales driven with a keen eye for numbers. Enthusiastic and polite telephone manner. Excellent attention to detail. Proven organisational skills. Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
