- Role Summary:
- Act as the primary communication link between delivery drivers, the hub team, and customers.
- Plan and manage delivery routes using our proprietary software.
- Ensure all packages are correctly accounted for and monitor delivery performance.
- Assist with merchant inquiries and promote a supportive culture among the driver team.

You will be responsible for supporting our drivers out on the road, responding to their calls & messages, while creating and managing their routes. You will work closely with the drivers and hub team and feedback on how we can improve on our processes and tech as we scale. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of delivery drivers.
You’ll be able to work in a fast paced role and be eager to grow and hire a team to support us as we scale. We are looking for someone that doesn’t necessarily have direct experience but instead someone smart and capable who’s excited about diving in, learning as we grow, and building something entirely new.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Being the first point of contact for our delivery and hub team, helping to solve any issues on shift
- Planning routes for the delivery team using our in-house software
- Working with the hub team to make sure all packs are accounted for and in the right place
- Monitoring deliveries to ensure a great experience for recipients and smooth running for drivers
- Helping merchants with any collection issues on Live Chat
- Nurturing a transparent and supportive culture within the driver team
🏡 Logistics
This role is based at our office/hub in Bermondsey, London. You will be working with other members of the operations team to support our drivers on a shift-based pattern. The shift pattern includes our AM (6am-4pm) & Mid shift (10am-8pm) and we are open 7 days a week.
