The Body Coach is on a mission to make the world fitter, healthier, and happier. We are searching for a B2B marketing superhero who will be responsible for leading, defining, and executing the growth strategy for our B2B offering.

We are looking for a driven individual with a strong background in SaaS B2B sales, particularly in the employee benefits space, who can therefore establish or adopt a framework for our B2B offering, strategy, and sales.

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about supporting The Body Coach in an exciting new chapter. You will be obsessed with all things B2B - commercial, planning, experimentation, and partnership building.

To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for and have experience in:

  • Having full ownership and autonomy for closing business within current and your own sales pipeline and targeting strategic accounts.
  • Developing new business and driving sales growth for The Body Coach B2B offering.
  • Implementing the strategic value proposition and achieving revenue objectives through new business. Running a full sales cycle, from initial contact to close, to drive new growth.
  • Maintaining high-quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Working closely with Product/Engineering to ensure our B2B offering is fit for purpose for our customers.
  • Managing current accounts and customers to ensure good relationships, services, and smooth renewal or repurchases.
  • Demonstrated recent experience in a Sales or Account Management role.
  • Experience selling SaaS/employee benefit solutions to local and large organizations.
  • Working closely with our product/engineering team and analyzing customer behavior data to develop our B2B CRO roadmap and reporting on analytics to our key B2B customers.
  • Identifying and proving new channel opportunities through experimentation before scaling and working closely with marketing to execute them.

Requirements

About you:

  • You are a creative and passionate individual excited about the opportunity to support The Body Coach's mission to make the world fitter, healthier, and happier by growing our B2B business and offering.
  • You can manage your own workload and time, use your initiative, and effectively project manage all B2B pipeline, sales, and accounts management.
  • You can think creatively about B2B and sales campaigns, including how to brief other teams to support your goals.
  • You understand the value of data, love numbers and analytics, and can identify trends so we can report user engagements and insights back to our customers to ensure our B2B offering delivers value to them.

Experience: You have 10+ years of previous B2B sales and account management roles in a fast-paced start-up or brand.
