The Opportunity
Come join us as an Associate on the Sales Operations team at Multiverse! In this 6-month contract position, you will support our go-to-market analytics within our B2B business. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-2 years of experience to develop their analytical skillset and contribute to our data-driven decision-making processes, extracting insights from various data sources and supporting our B2B sales and marketing teams in driving business growth.
Specifically, you will
CRM and sales systems data management: Utilise CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce, to manage and analyse customer data, supporting sales and marketing campaigns.
Continuous improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of key operational and data analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Insights and recommendations: Generate actionable insights based on data analysis, making recommendations to enhance marketing and sales strategies, campaign targeting, and lead management.
Collaborative approach: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and data science, to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Data Quality: Setup & maintain processes to drive high data quality
Data analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources, utilising SQL and related technologies, to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
Data visualisation: Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports to present complex data insights to stakeholders in marketing and sales teams.
About you
0-2 years of professional experience, ideally in analytical and operational roles like Consulting, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a dynamic, fast-growing B2B sales environment
Naturally curious with proven strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot or Salesforce, is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights and to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Nice to have: Basic SQL skills to extract, transform, and load data from various sources; Experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools to create appealing and informative dashboards and reports.
Comfortable with analysing large data sets in Excel/Gsheets.
Experience with data visualisation is a plus.
Familiarity with e-learning, ed-tech environments, or related industries is a plus.
