  • Lead the implementation of Coursera’s Enterprise product for standard clients.

Job Overview:

As our Global Implementation Consultant, you will join our Enterprise Services Team to own the implementations of our standard enterprise clients. Our goal is to build a Coursera solution quickly and successfully that drives impact at scale across all of our standard client organizations. This role is also very cross-functional. You can expect to work with members within our sales, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, finance, learner services, and legal teams in service of Coursera’s growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully configure and launch Coursera’s Enterprise product on time according to the client’s requirements with high quality and contribute to building implementation methodology
  • Independently manage projects by both leveraging client relationships as well as using data analysis to track our build to launch phase
  • Find scalable solutions and strategies which help us in defining implementation methodology, create project documentation, procedures, and best practices for implementation services while managing requirements, scope, and timeline for the project
  • Onboard clients on Coursera’s Enterprise product to ensure awareness and understanding of the platform and the solution
  • Establish effective feedback mechanism to channel insights and client feedback to cross-functional teams and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in customer-facing roles in a high growth organization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Experience in owning and managing end to end delivery, ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and driving results 
  • Demonstrated history in project management and change management 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Education Technology
  • Prior experience in Saas Implementations or customer management
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish
  • A passion for education, education reform, and interest in working for a social enterprise
  • Proven sense of customer empathy and customer-centricity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
