- Role Summary:
- Develop and close new business within the mid-market segment.
- Operate in a dynamic sales environment to sell Self Space’s mental health services.
- Engage with inbound leads, as well as generate and prospect outbound leads.
- Guide prospective clients in choosing Self Space for their Mental Health Service needs.
- Role Requirements:
- Significant B2B sales or lead generation/business development experience.
- Experience in software sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Skilled in ROI-focused and solution-based sales approaches.
- Proficient in creating sales plans for specific verticals/territories and executing account strategies.

The role: We’re looking for a Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) to help us develop and close new business within the mid-market space. You will work in a fast-paced sales environment selling Self Space’s services to prospective customers. You will work with inbound leads as well as prospect and generate outbound leads, helping our prospective customers choose Self Space as their Mental Health Service partner.
Job requirements: Considerable relevant B2B sales experience OR lead generation/business development representative experience (experience in software considered an asset); proven ability to achieve or exceed assigned quotas. Ability to focus on client business value, return on investment, and customer solutions (not features-focused selling). Experience crafting sales plans for your vertical/territory and building/executing on your account/territory plans.
