Purpose-built with performance and scalability in mind, our flexible cloud-based payments platform helps global enterprises launch new products and create experiences customers love.

The role We are currently looking for a Country Manager to own our fastest growing market to date whilst growing and upskilling a high-performing team/pod. There is huge potential for future growth in Japan given current market penetration across the region, and still have a significant share of wallet to target alongside market incumbents such as traditional acquirers and banks, and competing market disruptors.

Job requirements Demonstrable experience leading Sales, Account Managers, (and/or Sales Engineering) organizations in high-growth, fast-paced B2B environments, most likely within payments and acquiring. Solid network of potential prospects and partners in the region is preferable, especially within key strategic verticals including e-commerce, digital platforms and subscription businesses. Have a strong grasp of the Japan payments landscape and think strategically on how to drive and execute sales strategies in an identified region or vertical. Excellent knowledge of Salesforce and other key technologies. Native fluency in Business Japanese and advanced fluency in English.
