We are MANUAL, a promising startup in the healthcare space. We deliver healthcare at scale thanks to our comprehensive digital clinic. Our ambition is to extend the healthy years of lives for a large part of the population in the UK, Brazil, and beyond focusing on life-impeding conditions like hormonal imbalance, obesity and hair loss. We are centralising the diagnosis, custom medications, doctor specialist services, behavioural change and fully vertically integrated management of the treatment journey.

The role we are offering is a Commercial Lead for our new Menopause category under the brand “Menopause Care”. You will be responsible for the commercial development of this category. Your leadership, direction and innovation will directly influence the category's success, contributing to our mission of building more good years into life. You will work closely alongside our Head of Female Health, Dr Naomi Potter, to manage and scale this category.

Job requirements include 6+ years of work experience, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, understanding the nuances of the female health market in the UK and knowing how to leverage them, strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically, laterally and outside the box, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in strategy consulting/PE/IBD or in a startup ideally with some experience in the health market.

We offer a competitive base salary of £100-120k based on experience, generous stock option plan, hybrid role based in Bermondsey 3 days a week, 25 days holidays and generous parental leave & flexible working policies, private medical insurance, annual company retreat, subsidised gym/fitness membership, learning and development budget of £400 per year, cycle to work scheme, electric car scheme, breakfast and lunch at the office once a week, and a fun and friendly working environment with sharp and motivated co-workers.
