  • Devise and execute a 3-year marketing strategy to foster category growth.
  • Optimize product ranges and develop new concepts aligned with consumer needs and our biodiversity mission.
  • Lead innovation and renovation projects in close collaboration with R&D and manufacturing teams.
  • Master's degree in Business/Engineering, with 8-10 years of Marketing or Category Management experience, preferably in the food or consumer goods sector.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage projects autonomously.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

The role involves contributing to the development of the marketing strategy for 3 years to ensure the growth of your category and ensure its execution. You will manage your portfolio by structuring the current and future ranges, identifying opportunities for rationalization, optimization of the mix and/or development. You will identify the needs of consumers and the market, and develop new concepts to meet them. You will develop and manage innovation and renovation projects, particularly related to our mission around biodiversity, with a strong link with our R&D team and our factory.

Job requirements include a BAC+5 degree type Business School/Engineering School/IAE, ideally with 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Category Management and/or Commerce, ideally in the food industry or consumer goods. You have a good strategic vision while ensuring the operational management of your files in complete autonomy. You are recognized for your project management skills. Your sense of agility, your resilience and your positive energy will allow you to evolve through challenging and complex situations. Your leadership, your ability to challenge and engage your stakeholders will allow you to succeed in this position. You are fluent in English and proficient in Office Pack tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

The position can be located in Saint-Genis-Laval (69), our headquarters 'La Ruche' accessible by public transport (10 min walk from the metro) and by bike, or in Cestas (33) at La caféière Destination. Travel is to be expected, at a rate of one week per month.
