- Lead the sales of Evergrow Organic Fertilizer in Kenya.
- Generate and manage sales leads and pipelines.
- Engage directly in sales conversations and corporate sales team coaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of sales experience in agriculture or related industries.
- Strong track record in sales and deep knowledge of the Kenyan agricultural sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
- Willing to travel extensively within the region.

The role of the Country Senior Sales Executive will be to drive the sales of Evergrow Organic Fertilizer across Kenya. This role will focus on structured lead generation, pipeline management, direct sales conversations, and coaching the corporate sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agricultural sales, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to build strong relationships with large farms, corporate farms, partners, and government entities.
Job requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on agricultural products or related industries. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the agricultural sector and its sales dynamics in Kenya. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
