The role of Recruitment Officer (Early Talent) sits within the Application Management team, who manage high volumes of applications for one of the UK’s largest graduate recruiters. You'll encourage those who have opened applications to progress through our selection stages, and adopt a coaching style to ensure that we can optimise candidate performance and create an efficient recruitment pipeline. You will manage a pipeline of students and/or recent graduates applying to our programmes, being their key point of contact as they go through the process, within a designated geographical region or group of universities.

We are looking for someone with the ability to own a busy, dynamic pipeline from end-to-end, comfortable and confident in working to ambitious targets. You should have strong organisational skills and the ability to assess, prioritise and manage a varied workload. Excellent persuasive oral and written communication skills are essential, as is experience using CRM systems.
