Teach First is committed to building a fair education for all, unlocking the potential in all children. As one of the biggest graduate recruiters in the UK, we are looking for Brand Ambassadors to join our team in the 2024/25 academic year.

The role: As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a critical role in spreading the word to students and stakeholders on your campus about Teach First’s programmes. This role is a dynamic mix of running events, online promotion and tapping into on-campus networks. You will work an average of four hours per week across the autumn and spring terms, and must be a student during the 24/25 academic year at one of the UK universities where we offer this role.

Job requirements: You must be a strong communicator, able to strike up conversations and encourage people to register their interest with confidence. You should have some experience of customer service, events or marketing work, and be committed to delivering a great experience to potential applicants. You should be able to plan and organise your own time, able to commit to four hours’ work per week alongside any other commitments. You should be creative and confident to develop innovative new ideas, with proactivity to bring them to life. You should be passionate about making a difference in your work, and seeing your impact on our mission. You should be able to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously, to deliver high-quality events.
