Role Summary
- Join the Train team, a cross-functional group central to Runna's mission.
- Responsibilities include developing AI-powered features for the app, enhancing user experience with personalized training.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and coaching teams to create new features, such as conversational coaching and dynamic content generation.
Role Requirements
- Prior experience in designing and building AI-powered systems, specifically with LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Should have excellent communication skills, pragmatic problem-solving approach and collaborativeness.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and coaching teams to develop new features, including conversational coaching and dynamic content generation.
Job Requirements: - Experience in designing and building AI-powered systems, particularly with LLMs in production. - Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming. - A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
