Frontliner of the company's mission, providing customers with quick and expert solutions. Responsibilities range from order handling to recycling query resolution. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:00/ 9:00-5:00 with 30-minute lunch break.

Role Requirements

Proficiency in handling customer calls and emails, dealing with routine and complex queries proficiently. Superb complaint handling abilities, demonstrating a positive phone manner and proactive attitude.
