Project Manager

The role: This role leads all MOJU projects through the Stage and Gate process, managing project admin and cross-functional teams to deliver on time, on scope and on budget. You will continually develop and improve MOJU's project management approach to support innovation, internal initiatives and sustainability projects, and report progress and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team. This role reports to the Supply, Operations and Impact Director.

Job requirements: Responsibilities of the role include leading MOJU's Stage and Gate process, driving cross-functional projects to deliver strategic objectives on time, on scope and on budget. Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including timelines, resourcing, budgets, risk management and critical path delivery. Manage stakeholders across the CRU, align expectations, escalate issues and provide clear recommendations to the Leadership Team. Govern the project portfolio, with prioritisation based on value and resource constraints, plus regular reporting on progress and performance. Deliver innovation, business change and sustainability projects, including Scope 1-3 carbon measurement and continuous improvement aligned to B Corp.
