Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Lead data collection and analysis to inform our GYSI strategies
- Develop action plans for gender and youth integration and promote social inclusivity
- Provide technical support related to gender and youth
- Capacity building of teams to apply inclusive approaches
- Create programs that are appealing and accessible for all target groups
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Sociology, Social Development, Gender Studies or Marketing
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Fluency in Swahili and English

The Role: As the Gender, Youth and Social Inclusion (GYSI) Lead for One Acre Fund Tanzania, you will be instrumental in integrating gender-responsive and youth-inclusive strategies within our programs. This role involves designing women-friendly products and leading youth strategies to broaden our impact and reach more farmers. You will ensure that our programs effectively address the social dimensions of access, awareness, and equity at all levels.
Job Requirements: - Lead the collection, analysis, and utilization of data to inform our GYSI strategies. - Develop and implement action plans for gender and youth integration and promote social inclusion within our program plans and activities. - Provide ongoing technical support related to gender and youth, ensuring our messaging and outreach strategies effectively reach women, youth, and marginalized groups. - Build the capacity of our teams to apply inclusive approaches directly in their work with farmers. - Participate in program design to ensure our services are appealing and accessible to all target groups.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, preferably in Sociology, Social Development, Gender Studies, or Marketing. - At least five years of experience in a similar role, with a strong ability to plan and implement GYSI initiatives. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Fluency in Swahili and English is required.
