What’s it all about?

We are looking for a commercially oriented marketer to drive our Paid Search channel forward. As the Senior Paid Search Executive, you will lead the primary channel for customer acquisition, responsible for the day-to-day optimisation of our search campaigns. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities to enhance channel performance and implementing best practices. 

You will closely collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager and work on projects that are key to the company's development strategy. This is an incredible opportunity to impact business metrics and contribute to the future of the younger generation and education.

The Day to Day

  • You will develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • You will conduct keyword research, search query reports (SQR), ad copy creation, and bid management to optimise campaigns.
  • You will monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and strategies to achieve targets for clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • You will prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • You will A/B test ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • You will stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search marketing.

Requirements

Who will you be?

  • You are someone with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
  • You are able to work from our London office near Brick Lane 1+ days per week
  • You are known for your proven track record of successful campaign management with measurable results.
  • You are highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Looker Studio.
  • You are excellent in both written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are commercially minded. You understand why unit metrics like LTV and CAC are important for the business.
  • You are a self-starter who is motivated by making an impact.
  • You are confident to put your ideas forward and also open to feedback.
