- Lead the Front of House team at Plants, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
- Support and report to the GM and Assistant GM in staff management, training, and scheduling.
- Embody the Deliciously Ella brand, providing memorable experiences for guests.
- 3-5 years of managerial experience in hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and a quick rapport builder.

- Excel proficiency and experience with scheduling and data reporting software.

The role We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our Front of House team. This role will be part of the leadership team at Plants and play an important role in ensuring the team provides outstanding customer service and that the restaurant operates efficiently. You will support the GM and Assistant GM in managing the Front of House team, including training, coaching and supervising staff, and creating rotas. You will be a true representative of the Deliciously Ella brand, delivering outstanding service to guests in line with our values.
Job requirements You have 3-5 years working in a managerial role in a hospitality environment. You are an excellent communicator and are able to build rapport quickly with customers and team members. You are interested and enthusiastic about plant-based food and lifestyle. You take pride in providing the best possible service to guests and will go the extra mile to make their visit memorable. You are proficient in excel and comfortable using software to manage staff rotas and report numerical data.
