Offer Negotiator | Home Made
If you're looking for a role focused on sales, customer satisfaction, and a high volume of movement, this is the role for you!
Joining our Sales team means becoming you'll become an integral part of our sales funnel, focusing on the important aspect of offers! Working on the B2B side of the business with our Build to Rent accounts, you will be responsible for offer qualification, offer negotiation, and progression through to our tenancy operations team.
Working hours: Rotas are set in advance - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. This role also requires a bi-weekly Saturday with a day in lieu in return.
Office location: Based in Southwark, this is an office-based role - Post probation this moves to 1 day a week WFH
Salary: £25K base + Commission (OTE £40K)

Sound interesting, what does the role involve?
- Execute on the high-volume rental offer process for build-to-rent clients
- Accurately input and maintain offer forms in the CRM system.
- Qualify and prepare all offers in line with business rules to ensure they meet set standards and are fully compliant.
- Lead the negotiations with renters and secure rental offers, while ensuring that all parties are kept informed throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the broader team to fulfill the Home Made mission and vision.
