Wellcome Trust, a global charitable foundation, seeks a People Systems Analyst to bring change in global health by using innovative HR system solutions. By investing £16bn in new discoveries in life, health, and wellbeing, this role offers an opportunity to work on global health challenges including mental health, infectious diseases, and climate change.

Role Summary:

  • Joining the People Systems team, reporting to the People Systems Lead
  • Maintaining and developing HR systems, such as Workday
  • Undertaking discovery, design, and build of configurations across all Workday modules
  • Managing day-to-day system operations, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring robust data and security management
  • Liaising with product owners to maximize system functionality, manage testing processes, and oversee configuration development by AMS providers

Role Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Workday modules and significant experience in Workday configuration, security management, integrations, and reporting
  • Experience in delivering high-quality projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

The role: As a People Systems Analyst, you will join our People Systems team, reporting to the People Systems Lead within the People Operations team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and developing our HR systems, such as Workday, to support our processes and enhance the employee experience. You will undertake discovery, design, and build of configurations across all Workday modules, manage day-to-day system operations, troubleshoot complex system issues, and ensure robust data and security management. Additionally, you will liaise with product owners to maximize system functionality, manage end-to-end testing processes, and oversee configuration development undertaken by AMS providers.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Workday modules and significant experience in Workday configuration, security management, integrations, and reporting. Experience in delivering high-quality projects within tight deadlines and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
