Role Summary:
- Manage and deliver support projects for the Discovery Research team.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate a range of activities such as evaluation, collaboration, and reporting.
Role Requirements:
- Possess broad research experience and a passion for discovery research.
- Experience in immunology, engineering, physical sciences, or leading projects in LMICs is especially favorable.
- Demonstrate relevant work expertise in academia, industry, a funding agency, or charity.
- Experience in project management and strong communication abilities.

The role: As a Research Manager, you will manage and deliver projects that support the Discovery Research team. This includes convening communities, funding research, and tracking progress in line with our strategy. You will build strong relationships and coordinate activities such as evaluation, collaboration, and reporting, playing a key role in achieving our goals and maximizing the impact of our work.
Job requirements: Candidates should have broad research experience and be excited by discovery research. Experience in immunology, engineering, physical sciences, or leading projects in LMICs is particularly desirable. You should be able to demonstrate expertise through relevant work experience in an academic, industrial, funding agency, or charity setting. Additionally, experience in managing projects and the ability to communicate complex information effectively across diverse groups is required.
