Role Summary:Ensure timely and smooth delivery of thousands of items from the kitchen to client locations.Oversee the plating and packaging of food orders.Coordinate and strategize delivery logistics with teams and couriers.Direct and manage the operations team, fostering teamwork and efficiency.Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong liaison with customers.Communicate effectively with sales and kitchen teams, serving as a key point of contact.Plan and develop both onsite and offsite operational strategies for Karma Cans.Drive continuous improvement in processes and team development.

Role Requirements:Effective listening skills and clear communication.Highly organized with attention to detail.Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach.A proven managerial track record.Eligibility to work in the UK.

Nice to Haves:Food hygiene Level 3 qualification.A clean driving license.

We are a corporate catering and events company based in Hackney; making about 2500 meals a day for offices around London. Our young and dynamic team are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage our Ops team of five, work with our chef and sales teams and deliver operational excellence to our customers, new and established.Goals of the role: Ensuring the 1000s of items that leave the kitchen each day, arrive on time and smoothly packaged to the offices that ordered them.

Managing the plating and packing of food orders.

Coordinating and planning our delivery teams and couriers.

Managing the operations team, guiding and directing their work as a team.

Liaising with customers and handling customer queries about deliveries.

Communicating with the sales and kitchen teams, being a trusted point of contact.

Planning and developing the onsite and offsite operations of Karma Cans.

Continuously improving and developing our processes and team.What we need from you:Great listener and clear communicator
