Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in D2C digital product marketing.
  • Skills in developing marketing strategies and communicating product value.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage diverse teams.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, with a passion for technology and healthcare.
  • Preferred: Degree in Marketing/Business or related field; MBA or advanced marketing degree.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or regulated business is a plus.

The role

This is a new role within the Marketing team that will be key in driving the adoption of our products and ensuring their success in the market. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategies for our products, from conception through to launch and beyond. You will work closely with the product management, commercial, and marketing teams to understand our products deeply and develop messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative edge, able to generate excitement and engagement among new and existing patients. 

You’ll be:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies for each treatment area, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Collaborating with the product development team to ensure a deep understanding of the product features, benefits, and differentiators.
  • Conducting market research to identify the needs and interests of our target audience and leverage insights to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Working closely with the commercial team to develop positioning, value propositions, and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Planning and executing product launches, working with the marketing and communication teams to ensure coherent and impactful messaging across all channels.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of product marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve product and commercial goals.
  • Engaging with patients to gather feedback and insights, using this information to refine product messaging and inform future product development.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and competitive developments, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience in D2C digital product marketing.
  • Demonstrated the ability to develop effective marketing strategies and communicate product value to a diverse audience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into clear, compelling messages.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management abilities, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • The ability of being both a creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for technology and healthcare.

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, an MBA or advanced marketing degree is preferred.
  • Worked in the healthcare technology sector or regulated business.
