We look for Hygiene Supervisors for our Dried Fruit Factory in Ruiru, Kenya.
Role Summary:
- Oversee all hygiene processes
- Manage daily cleaning, sanitation, hygiene practices
- Ensure safety and quality of fresh and dried fruit production lines
Role Requirements:
- Diploma in a related field
- Minimum 2 years in food quality control
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards

The Role: As a Hygiene Supervisor at our Dried Fruit Factory in Ruiru, Kenya, you will be instrumental in setting up and overseeing all hygiene-related processes. This includes managing daily cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene practices to meet standards such as OAF, BRC, ISO 22000, HACCP, and FSMS. Your role ensures the safety and quality of both the fresh and dried fruit production lines.
Job Requirements: - Diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Hospitality, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in food quality control or assurance, preferably within a dried fruit or food manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and address compliance issues. - Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under supervision. - Proficient time management skills to meet deadlines.
