Why do we need a Senior Head of Collective Philanthropy? Last year, we assisted over 40,000 young people, with three-quarters achieving positive outcomes in employment, education, or training. The challenges they face include unemployment and mental health issues, and some have been involved with the law. We are committed to continuing our impactful work, made possible through the efforts of roles like this.

Perks for working at The Trust include a great holiday package, flexible working arrangements, a comprehensive benefits platform, and significant family leave benefits. We also offer personal development opportunities and encourage involvement in our various networks supporting cultural awareness, gender equality, disability and wellbeing, and LGBTQIA+ advocacy.
