Role Summary:Act as Movember's voice, handling communications across phone, live chat, and email.Process donations and gift matching requests with precision.Conduct fundraiser and donor research, outreach, and data management.Assist with prizing and merchandise logistics, including pick, pack, and shipping.Monitor and report issues with the Movember website or app.Manage social media inboxes and support fundraising initiatives.
Role Requirements:Proven communication skills and experience in a customer service setting.Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.Meticulous attention to detail and a strong team player.Self-motivated with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, LiveChat, Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate and engaged Campaign Support Team to help deliver our annual campaign.
The role entails being the voice of Movember, responding to all telephone, live chat, and email enquiries from our community in a fast and effective manner. You will be processing donations and gift matching requests efficiently, supporting on fundraiser & donor research, outreach, data management and project work as required. You will also be supporting prizing & merchandise shipping (includes pick, pack & shipping), identifying any patterns or issues with the Movember.com website or app and escalate these so they can be addressed, and supporting the social media inboxes (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) and fundraising pages.
Job requirements include the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation, experience working in a customer service environment, exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize, the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure and to deadlines, with excellent attention to detail, be a good team player; demonstrating adaptability and flexibility, high degree of self-motivation and initiative, and happy working occasional evenings and weekends.
