  • Lead the brand and launch campaign for the new V&A East Storehouse and Museum, set to open in 2025.
  • Develop innovative brand activations to captivate Gen Z, local communities, and non-traditional museum-goers.
  • Play a key role in establishing V&A East as a cultural landmark and hub for creativity and engagement.
  • Proven experience in brand management and campaign launches, ideally within the arts or cultural sectors.
  • Ability to connect with and inspire a younger, diverse audience.
  • A passion for the arts and a commitment to V&A's mission of promoting art and design.
  • Experience with audience development and engagement strategies.

The Role The Senior Brand & Campaigns Manager, V&A East is tasked with delivering the launch campaign and brand activations to build an engaged audience for V&A East when the two sites - V&A East Storehouse and Museum - open in 2025. V&A East is for everyone, but we aim to super serve Gen Z and local audiences, as well as those who would not usually visit a museum or gallery, this role is integral to realising this audience ambition through brand experience and marketing.
