Role Summary:
- Enhance the inventory catalog with top-notch product data.

The Role:
We are looking for an individual to join our Product Moderation team, responsible for enriching our inventory catalog with the highest quality product data. The team’s goal is to maintain the product backlog, providing a high quality assortment for LYST across various platforms. On a daily basis, your role will include tasks such as:
- Manual categorisation and duplication of new incoming products
- Updating shipping and returns information
- Promotions support
- Supporting information being cascaded from partners
- Building and maintaining tooling to support these processes
- Uploading and maintaining accurate information for our partners
- Helping to support the performance of the Offside team in Manila (7 members)
In this role you will:
- Be confident using a variety of tools/platforms to support your role, particularly internal moderation tools
- You manage small projects with help/support from more senior members of the team
- You have a good level of fashion industry knowledge/understanding
- You suggest improvements to processes and technology
- You are task driven, based on work set for you by your line manager or team lead
- You complete the tasks assigned to you by hitting 100% of your productivity targets
- You are responsible for proactively dealing with queries and requests from our internal stakeholders, escalating appropriately to your line manager or team lead
- You provide support and direction to offshore team members
- You collaborate with your team regularly and participate in team meetings
- You listen to feedback in order to develop in your discipline
- You work collaboratively with other teams and manage/maintain relationships with stakeholders sufficiently
- You work primarily within the boundaries of your own Squad and Chapter
- You actively contribute to team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions regularly
Requirements
- Experience working in a target-driven environment, preferably within data annotation, content moderation, data entry or customer service
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and attitude
- Keen attention to detail is a must
- Highly organised and results-driven
- Passionate about continuous improvement, quality and process excellence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Knowledge of JIRA is preferable
