The role of Engineering Manager at Checkout.com involves joining the Merchant Services pillar. This pillar, the largest engineering and product team at Checkout.com, is responsible for the complete customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience for merchants and customers throughout a payment's lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to focus on one of two key areas: Constructing world-class APIs or Shaping the Customer Experience.

Job requirements include managing and supporting our multidisciplinary team of engineers working on proprietary algorithms as well as help them advance in their careers. You will also support the design, development, and delivery of new product features across our multi-stack ecosystem. Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment using DevOps principles and cloud-based application development (we use AWS) is required.
