Role Summary
- Build and manage a robust city-based community to bolster trade and meet revenue targets.
- Oversee the regional ambassador network and implement community strategies.
- Conduct marketing campaigns through ambassador channels and provide insights for regional market strategies.
- Organize store-based events, community partnerships, and support the sale of products through training and local community engagement.
Role Requirements
- Experience managing regional online and store-based community programs.
- A strong network of contacts and a history of engaging community additions.
- At least 5 years of experience in a community-focused role.
- Ability to work from our London office at least 3 days a week.
- Proven track record with in-person events and retail activations.

THE WHY

Reporting to the Community Lead in the UK you will be responsible for building a robust city-based community to support trade initiatives and revenue goals as well as managing the regional ambassador network and implementing the community strategy.
WHERE YOU’LL PLAY
- Management of the regional ambassador community and delivering the community strategy.
- Delivery of marketing campaigns via ambassador channels.
- Reporting tracking and generating community led insight for the regional market.
- Delivery of trade initiatives and achieving revenue and reach based KPI’s (new audiences)
- Main point of contact for key city-based vivobarefoot concept store communities, events and activations
- Store based regional event activations
- Delivery of the community partnerships strategy
- Connecting Vivohealth coaches and ambassadors with:
- Gyms, studios and other workshop opportunities
- Community partners to facilitate staff training and support sale of product on site
- Retail training and local community support
ALL ABOUT YOU
- You have previously managed regional online community programmes
- You have previously managed store-based communities
- You have a killer book of contacts with a great awareness of who could be fantastic additions to the Vivobarefoot community
- You have a minimum 5 year’s experience in a community based role
- You are available to work from our London office a minimum of 3 days a week
- You have experience in with in person and retail activations.
