What will you be doing?

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? SMASH are seeking a dedicated volunteer with expertise in UK education to help us create a safer, more nurturing, and supportive environment for young people/youth in Swindon. Your role will involve reviewing our existing policies to ensure they meet the highest standards and can be effectively presented to schools. By joining us, you'll enable us to collaborate with various educational providers, extending our reach and positive impact. If you have current UK education experience and want to make a meaningful contribution, we would love to hear from you!0

What are we looking for?

Experience in and around education (alternative provision would be particualrly helpful) and the formation of related/accompanying policies.

What difference will you make?

You will play a crucial role in ensuring SMASH Youth Project's policies meet the standards required and allow us to effectively collaborate with educational providers to positively impact the lives of countless young people in Swindon.
