The Role: As a Legal Intern, you will support the People Operations team by conducting legal research, ensuring HR compliance, and managing documentation. You will collaborate with the case investigation team to audit and maintain the legal integrity of the disciplinary case management system.
Job Requirements: Applicants should have a strong legal background, with over 1 year of experience in legal, investigative, or audit fields. Proficiency in English and Chichewa, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is required. Knowledge of Malawi employment law is essential.
