Role Summary

  • Lead the enhancement of farmer livelihoods via product and service trials.
  • Design and execute agronomic and adoption trials.
  • Conduct market research and administer Social & Behaviour Change campaigns.
  • Manage a team of field officers and managers.
  • Conduct data analysis and present findings to stakeholders.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Design, Economics, or related field.
  • Expertise in Human-Centred Design and Social and Behaviour Change methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as STATA or R.
  • Prior involvement in managing agricultural trials and supervising rural teams.

The role: As a Nigeria Innovations Adoption and Scaling Specialist, you will lead efforts to enhance farmer livelihoods through product and service trials. Your responsibilities will include designing and planning agronomic and adoption trials, leading market research and Social & Behaviour Change campaigns, and managing a team of field officers and managers. You will also conduct data analysis and report findings to stakeholders.

Job requirements: Candidates should have a degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Design, Economics, or a related field, and expertise in Human-Centred Design and Social and Behaviour Change methods. Proficiency in data analysis tools like STATA or R is required, along with experience in managing agricultural trials and supervising teams in rural settings.
