Role Summary
- Design and scale agricultural projects with a focus on serving farmers with Trees.
- Lead operational trials and analyze results to inform strategy and program design.
- Ensure right tree species are planted in appropriate locations.
Role Requirements
- University degree in agriculture, forestry, development studies, environmental science or a related field.
- Experience in forestry/agronomy trials and nursery management.
- Strong skills in data analysis and program scaling.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in rural settings.

The Role: We are seeking an innovative professional with over 3 years of experience in designing and scaling agricultural projects. The primary goal of this role is to determine how we can better serve farmers with Trees. This involves leading operational trials, ensuring the right species are planted in appropriate locations, and analyzing results to inform strategy and program design.
Job Requirements: - University degree in agriculture, forestry, development studies, environmental science, or a related field. - Proven experience in forestry/agronomy trials and nursery management. - Strong skills in data analysis and program scaling. - Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in rural settings.
