Role Requirements:

  • Partner with the CTO to shape and implement people strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance on the organizational design and workforce planning of the UK Technology organization.
  • Act as a coach to business leaders on aspects like performance, development, engagement, and team dynamics.
  • Work on employee relations support for various UK business areas.
  • Drive the implementation of core People programmes within Tech.

The role Our People team sits at the heart of Marshmallow, partnering with leaders across the business to build high-performing, inclusive, and engaged teams. We focus on creating a consistent, high-quality People experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle, enabling our people to do their best work while staying true to our values. Within this, our Technology organisation – spanning Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, and Product is a critical driver of Marshmallow’s growth and innovation. By closely partnering with the CTO and Tech leadership, the People team helps shape organisational design, supports leadership capability, and champions a culture where teams are empowered, collaborative, and continuously improving.

Job requirements You will partner with the CTO and Technology leadership to shape and deliver people strategies that enable high performance and growth. Provide strategic guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness across the UK Technology organisation. Act as a trusted coach to leaders on performance, development, engagement, and team dynamics, using data and insights to inform decisions. Lead on frontline employee relations support for multiple UK business areas, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. Drive the implementation of core People programmes within Tech, in close collaboration with wider People teams.
