The role is a full time position that is based in London with work from home flexibility. We are looking for a passionate, proactive and organised Senior Growth and Performance Manager to drive key activity and optimise engagement and acquisition across Day 8’s portfolio of products. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning and delivering marketing for ‘always on’ destination products within the Day 8 portfolio.
Responsibilities include destination marketing, performance marketing management, asset management, and general management. You will manage relationships and delivery with external agencies and freelancers to support digital marketing activities ensuring high quality outputs on time, on budget and to a high standard.
We’re looking for passion for and experience within the travel industry. Day-to-day you will report to the CMO and work with teams across the business. You must have experience in the Travel industry, managing and executing multi channel campaigns, including paid media, managing complex budgets, and experience with martech platforms - e.g. Klaviyo. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
You will be based out of our modern office in East London for the majority of the year, some International travel may also be required in some of our awesome locations around the globe.
